Terms and conditions:
We send tracking numbers to all customers when an item is shipped. The customer is responsible for the item once it has been delivered.
If you are in Hawaii or Alaska, please message us for rates as they are NOT the same. We ship via FedEx and UPS.
Feel free to contact us within a week of purchase if your exact item is on sale and we will credit the difference. No credits will be processed outside of this time frame.
RETURNS:
Please contact us if you have any problems with your order. Although we don't anticipate any problems, sometimes things just happen. If something is not right, please contact us immediately. Our shop is founded on hard work, well-built products, and happy customers. If given the chance, we'd like to make it right.
Please be sure to double-check size and color to avoid a return.
Custom items, for example, custom colors, sizes, finishes items added or removed, or any such request made by the customer that changes the original shape, size, or color of the bin is NOT refundable. Some examples are custom paint, different hinges, additional backing, or different handles.
Gift cards received as a result of a promotion will be canceled if the original merchandise is returned.
Rush Order Fees are NOT refundable.
Return Policy:
Please notify us within 3 days of receipt of your order if you would like to make a return. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase was received and you have not contacted us, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

- Ship items back within 7 days of delivery. Returns are not accepted outside of the time frame.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returns are not accepted without the original packing material and box.Rush Order Fees are NOT refundable.
Cancellation:
Please measure your space! Please check your color. If you cancel before 6 hours we will refund the full amount. If you cancel after that time, we CHARGE a cancellation fee of $100. Why? Because by that time, we have purchased your specific materials for your order and, depending on the length of time since the order was placed, possibly started or completed your order. We are a very small, family-owned business and your canceled order might seem like nothing big, but for us, we immediately make an investment in your material and our time. We do NOT keep inventory. Each order is built for that specific customer. We are always here for questions to help avoid cancellations.
Rush Order Fees are NOT refundable under any circumstance.
Refunds:(if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund less a 35% restocking fee for the amount of the return and original shipping cost. Please be sure to double-check size and color to avoid a return.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We will process the cancellation less the fee on our end within 3 business days and the funds will appear back to your original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at whossohungry@gmail.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and you will need tracking information to follow up with the carrier.
Exchanges: (if applicable)
We do not accept exchanges since this is a custom-made item. You may return the item at your expense for a refund, less a 35% restocking fee. The item must be packed with the same materials and in the same manner as it was received to avoid damage and ensure a full refund of your product (less 35% restocking fee). Original shipping charges are not refunded.
Damaged Items:
If your item is damaged during shipping, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt. You must retain all packaging as you will need it to return your item. Contact us immediately at whossohungry@gmail.com for instructions. Please take pictures of all damage and any damage to the box.
Any piece is able to be replaced by us and installed with minimal effort from the customer. We will make every effort to provide what you need to replace the damaged piece by providing a new piece, touch-up paint, or installation assistance promptly.
In the event we offer replacement parts for the repair and you opt to decline the repair assistance and return the item on your own and at your own expense, a restocking fee of 25% will be applied. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received (following the above instructions), a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
- We charge 35% on ALL returns and 100 on cancellations after 6 hours. This will be deducted from the refund.
- No price matching on Black Friday-Cyber Monday weekend sales will be honored after the sale date. Items are not eligible for sale price once the sale has ended.
Again, please understand we are a small family business and not a box store. Returns are not free or easy for either party. But know we will work with you to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase from us. We take great pride in making our customers happy and have hundreds of 5-star reviews to show for it!
